IMPORTANT NOTICEEffective August 29, 2025, the United States will suspend the de minimis exemption under 19 U.S.C. 1321(a)(2)(C) for most imports.
De Minimis exemption allowed for US residents to purchase up to $800 USD of goods from ANY country without any duties or taxes. As of August 29th, 2025 12:01am this exemption will no longer be in place. Any orders that cross the border on the 29th will be subject, it does not go by order date.
US Customers will be required to pay duties and taxes no matter the value of your order upon delivery. These fees do not go to Tackle Bros or the carrier. These fees are collected by the carrier for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
What we are doing to help you with costs;
All shipping will be upgraded to UPS Expedited which will cover any entry fees (entry fees are not duties and taxes) Tackle Bros will be absorbing this cost.
